All instruments sold at Cassandra Strings are professionally restored, adjusted and set up by our staff under the direction of Cassandra Thuneman to ensure the integrity and value of each instrument. All instrument repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the instrument.
Cassandra Strings Guarantee
Cassandra strings guarantees any instrument or bow purchased from our shop for one year against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Instrument set-up, including bridge, soundpost, fingerboard and pegs is guaranteed for one year from the time of purchase. In order to ensure the purchasers complete satisfaction, Cassandra Strings will credit or exchange any instrument in original condition towards an instrument of equal or greater value during the first year of purchase, regardless of reason.
Trade-In Policy
Cassandra Strings will accept from the original purchaser instruments previously purchased from Cassandra Strings. Instrument will be credited at 100% of the purchase price toward an instrument of greater value, minus a reconditioning fee. Instruments in need of repair will be charged accordingly. Cassandra Strings also accepts trade-in for bows.
Rental Equity Program
The Cassandra Strings Rental program is a rent to own program. As long as the rental is current, all payments, less the maintenance fee, apply to the purchase of any instrument at Cassandra Strings. Equity must be used within 30 days following the termination date of the rental agreement.
