This new design combines the best of both worlds. A pernambuco bow is made, then slpit in half and hollowed out. Then a rod of carbon fiber is laid in and it is glued back together. You keep a lot of the tonal characteristics of a traditional wood bow, but gain some defense against the ever changing humidity. Nickel-silver mounted with a snake skin grip.
