Order Placement:
Phone orders are accepted during normal business hours; see below. You may charge your order to Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Paypal. When ordering by mail be sure your order is completely filled out and include sizes and specifications when necessary. Personal checks are accepted but your name, address and telephone number must be printed on each check.
Shipping Information:
We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship via UPS ground or Priority Mail, as both seem to be very dependable, fast and are fully insured against loss and damage. If a problem does occur, please contact us immediately. Please inspect your package immediately for damage! We want to make sure that your shipment arrives safe and sound. Due to the volatility of fuel shipping charges may change. Additional shipping cost will be charged on instruments, cases and all oversized parcels. Basses will be shipped by commercial truck and charged according to current freight rates. Alaska and Hawaii customers will be quoted shipping charges.
Refund and Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you receive, please contact us for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns must be assigned a RA number. This RA number and approval for the return can be given via phone or fax. We will issue a UPS pickup for any defective merchandise, if the item was sent to you within the last 60 days.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective products will be replaced and return shipping reimbursed. We cannot accept string returns once they have been installed on an instrument.
