Instrument set-up, including bridge, soundpost, fingerboard and pegs is guaranteed for one year from the time of purchase. In order to ensure the purchasers complete satisfaction, Cassandra Strings will credit or exchange any instrument in original condition towards an instrument of equal or greater value during the first year of purchase, regardless of reason.
